I love to decorate for holidays, and Valentine's Day is no exception!
I found these super cute assorted sized hearts at Michael's and some pretty pink satin ribbon, used hot glue to glue the ribbon around the end and top to connect the two and hang with another piece!
Simple and so cute!

I also love this heart rose wreath that I found at Target a few years ago, still looks great!
